Location: Greenville, South Carolina – This is a full-time, on-site position in one of the Southeast's fastest-growing legal and business markets.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and have at least 3 years of litigation experience. Construction litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Job Description
- Represent clients in construction and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Manage pleadings, motions, written discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients to achieve practical business solutions.
- Collaborate with partners and attorneys on complex construction disputes involving public and private projects.
- Conduct legal research, draft persuasive briefs, and prepare cases for trial.
- Participate in negotiations, settlement discussions, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Qualifications
- Active South Carolina Bar license.
- 3+ years of litigation experience.
- Construction litigation experience is a strong plus.
- Commercial litigation experience is beneficial.
- Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience preferred.
- Candidates from law firms, in-house legal departments, and solo practice backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
