  • Significant growth potential — this role is designed to evolve into a more senior leadership position for the right candidate
  • Work closely with firm leadership, practice group heads, and partners — a seat at the table from day one
  • Competitive compensation plus eligibility for discretionary year-end bonuses and merit-based increases
  • Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), generous paid time off, and access to additional voluntary programs
  • A collaborative, people-first firm culture that has stood the test of nearly a century — and continues to invest in its team

Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Roseland, NJ office — a professional, collegial environment where the finance and leadership teams work closely together and cross-functional relationships matter.
