Job Description
- Lead, grow, and oversee the day-to-day performance of a real estate sales office
- Recruit experienced real estate agents and personally drive agent growth initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership on recruiting strategy, business development, office profitability, and market share growth
- Retain and support existing agents through servant leadership, coaching, responsiveness, and consistent engagement
- Drive key office performance metrics, including agent count, transaction count, company dollar, GCI, retained commission percentage, and market share
- Build a positive, professional, ethical, and collaborative office culture
- Maintain strong visibility with agents through regular office presence, open house attendance, one-on-one check-ins, training sessions, and team engagement
- Support agents with real estate technology, brokerage systems, MLS tools, email platforms, and company resources
- Help agents adopt and leverage luxury real estate branding, marketing resources, and technology platforms
- Investigate and resolve agent, transaction, office, and business issues with sound judgment and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality of company, customer, agent, and personnel information
- Build strong working relationships with agents, staff, management, customers, and the public
- Monitor industry changes, real estate forms, legal requirements, company policies, and brokerage best practices
- Review and understand office financial performance, budgets, business reports, and profitability metrics
- Represent the office with a polished, professional management presence
- Support the business needs of agents with special attention to the luxury real estate market
- Perform other leadership, operational, and office management duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Florida Broker license required
- 4+ years of real estate sales, brokerage management, real estate leadership, or equivalent experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent real estate sales or management experience will be considered
- Proven ability to lead, coach, recruit, retain, and motivate real estate agents or sales professionals
- Strong understanding of Florida real estate law, brokerage practices, forms, compliance, and business standards
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented sales or real estate environment
- Strong recruiting ability and confidence building relationships with experienced agents
- Knowledge of real estate office financials, budgets, profitability, and performance metrics helpful
- Comfortable using and supporting real estate technology, MLS systems, CRM or brokerage platforms, email tools, mobile devices, and business software
- Strong communication, writing, reading, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage difficult situations with tact, diplomacy, and good judgment
- Professional appearance and executive presence appropriate for a real estate leadership role
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle and travel locally as needed
- Strong ethics, confidentiality, professionalism, and commitment to agent success
