Our client is a reputable personal injury law firm that also operates a personal and elderly care healthcare business. They are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to serve as the trusted right hand to the owner, managing a combination of executive assistant, personal assistant, and administrative tasks.
Job Description
- Provide executive assistant and personal assistant support to the firms owner
- Conduct client intakes for the personal injury law firm
- Manage accounts payable and limited receivables, entering transactions in QuickBooks
- Prepare and maintain balance sheets and financial reports
- Coordinate personal tasks such as vehicle rentals, gift orders, and special arrangements
- Track rental tenant payments and coordinate contractor repairs as needed
- Answer phones and provide professional client and vendor communication
- Assist with settlements and prepare medical reports (training provided)
- Proactively anticipate needs and act independently without constant direction
Qualifications
- Professional QuickBooks experience required
- Proven dependability and trustworthiness
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Previous executive assistant, personal assistant, or office management experience preferred
- Legal or personal injury law firm experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable managing both administrative and personal-support duties
- Stable work history no frequent job hopping
