Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee no-fault arbitration, litigation, and examination under oath (EUO) files.
- Prepare and file pleadings, discovery materials, arbitration submissions, and related case documents.
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of New York no-fault arbitration and litigation matters.
- Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties.
- Maintain accurate case files, calendars, deadlines, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously while keeping deadlines and priorities organized.
- Complete electronic filings and case-related administrative tasks through platforms such as AAA and NYSCEF.
- Use Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint to support day-to-day case management.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of personal injury or no-fault arbitration/litigation experience.
- Experience supporting claimant or defense-side no-fault matters is valuable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with AAA and NYSCEF filings preferred.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
