No-Fault Paralegal

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Job Description

• Coordinate and oversee no-fault arbitration, litigation, and examination under oath (EUO) files.
• Prepare and file pleadings, discovery materials, arbitration submissions, and related case documents.
• Assist attorneys with all aspects of New York no-fault arbitration and litigation matters.
• Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate case files, calendars, deadlines, correspondence, and supporting documentation.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously while keeping deadlines and priorities organized.
• Complete electronic filings and case-related administrative tasks through platforms such as AAA and NYSCEF.
• Use Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint to support day-to-day case management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury or no-fault arbitration/litigation experience.
• Experience supporting claimant or defense-side no-fault matters is valuable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with AAA and NYSCEF filings preferred.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment.
