Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. state, fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and have 5+ years of immigration law experience with substantial recent Immigration Court experience. Senior-level candidates with 10+ years of experience and a strong record of independently leading consultations and complex case strategy are especially encouraged to apply.

Job Description

• Independently manage immigration matters from initial strategy through resolution.
• Represent clients at Master Calendar Hearings, bond hearings, and Individual Hearings in Immigration Court.
• Handle family-based petitions, humanitarian relief matters, removal-defense cases, and related USCIS proceedings.
• Meet directly with clients to evaluate options, explain risks, and develop effective case strategies.
• Draft and review motions, briefs, filings, responses, and other substantive legal work.
• Adjust case strategy when circumstances, evidence, agency decisions, or procedural developments change.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive, clear, and compassionate communication.
• Senior attorneys will lead consultations, provide strategic guidance, and help develop other attorneys on the team.

Qualifications

• JD and active license in good standing in any U.S. state.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• 5+ years of immigration law experience for mid-level consideration.
• Substantial recent Immigration Court and removal-defense experience.
• Strong background in family-based and humanitarian immigration matters.
• Ability to independently manage client consultations, case strategy, and high-stakes matters.
• Excellent judgment, writing, communication, and client-service skills.
