Note: Applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar, have 3+ years of New York Workers' Compensation experience, and be fluent in both Spanish and English.

Job Description
- Manage a Workers' Compensation caseload from initial intake through final resolution.
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, conferences, and settlement negotiations.
- Provide strategic legal guidance and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their cases.
- Review and evaluate new case opportunities during the intake process.
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other case-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with New York Workers' Compensation Board rules, deadlines, and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies and maximize client outcomes.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active New York Bar license in good standing.
- 3+ years of New York Workers' Compensation attorney experience.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Experience handling hearings, depositions, conferences, and settlement negotiations.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to independently manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment.
