Associate Attorney – Personal Injury Litigation

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Location

Moorestown, NJ | Full-Time, On-Site

Join our team in a professional, collaborative office environment with a predictable Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM schedule. You'll benefit from working directly alongside experienced attorneys as you develop your litigation skills.

Note

Applicants must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania. Admission in both states is strongly preferred but not required. Newly licensed attorneys and candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Prior personal injury experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Job Description

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Assist with personal injury, medical malpractice, mass tort, and complex civil litigation matters.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, negotiations, and trials while building practical litigation experience.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys to develop case strategies and organize evidence.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout the litigation process.
• Help evaluate claims, prepare settlement materials, and move cases toward successful resolutions.
• Manage case documentation, track deadlines, and support the litigation team throughout each matter.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania; dual admission preferred.
• Recent graduates and attorneys with up to 5 years of experience are welcome.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest in plaintiff-side personal injury, medical malpractice, or civil litigation.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to client advocacy.
• Previous litigation experience is helpful but not required.
