We are seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with 6+ years of relevant civil engineering experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in land development or site design and is comfortable managing projects independently.

Job Description

• Lead civil engineering and land development projects from initial design through completion.
• Prepare and review site development plans, grading designs, drainage systems, and utility layouts.
• Manage engineering design, permitting, and coordination with local agencies.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, surveyors, and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical direction and help ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
• Solve complex engineering challenges with practical, innovative solutions.
• Contribute to residential, commercial, and other site development projects.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 6+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably in land development or site design.
• Experience with site plans, grading, drainage, utilities, or related civil infrastructure.
• Ability to independently manage engineering projects and coordinate deliverables.
• Strong communication, organization, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus.
