Location: On-site, Monday–Friday in Redlands, CA (this is a fully in-office role for attorneys who want consistent collaboration and mentorship).
Note: Must have 3+ years of litigation experience; public entity defense experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Support and manage high-exposure civil litigation matters, including public entity defense cases
- Draft and revise legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Perform legal research and prepare internal case strategy memos
- Maintain and organize case files, deadlines, and litigation calendars
- Communicate with clients and collaborate with attorneys and staff to move matters forward
- Assist with case preparation for hearings, mediations, and other dispute resolution proceedings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
- Public entity defense experience preferred (school districts, counties, municipalities, dioceses, etc.)
- Strong legal writing skills (motions, discovery, research)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple active matters
- Active bar membership in good standing (California strongly preferred)
