Location:
Hybrid role based in Salem, Oregon, with a strong preference for in-office collaboration while still offering flexibility.

Job Description
- Support senior litigation partners across a wide range of civil litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with increasing autonomy over time
- Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy from inception through resolution
- Participate in discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Gain exposure to appeals and complex litigation issues
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Oregon State Bar license
- Litigation experience preferred
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Interest in civil litigation and professional growth
- Organized, dependable, and deadline-driven
