Location:
Sacramento, CA — Hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote days, typically Monday and Friday.
Note:
Must have an active California Bar license and 3+ years of bankruptcy, insolvency, and creditor-side/creditors' rights experience. More senior attorneys are welcome, and candidates from in-house or solo practice backgrounds will be considered.

Job Description
- Represent creditors and business clients in bankruptcy and insolvency matters.
- Handle creditor-side and creditors' rights matters from strategy through resolution.
- Analyze bankruptcy proceedings, restructuring issues, claims, and related disputes.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Participate in discovery, negotiations, hearings, and other bankruptcy proceedings.
- Advise clients on insolvency risks, creditor remedies, and strategic options.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys across multiple practice areas.
- Manage matters independently while contributing to a highly experienced legal team.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar admission.
- 3+ years of bankruptcy and insolvency experience.
- Substantive creditor-side or creditors' rights experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently and work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong interest in developing a sophisticated bankruptcy and insolvency practice.
