Location: This is a fully on-site opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio, Monday through Friday. This position is not available as a hybrid or remote role.
Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of billing, bookkeeping, or accounting experience and at least 1 year of electronic billing (e-billing) experience.

Job Description
- Manage and facilitate electronic billing for an assigned group of clients.
- Prepare ad hoc billing reports and provide accurate information to management and internal teams.
- Monitor and follow up on aged work in process (WIP), banking, and other outstanding billing items.
- Support month-end billing close procedures and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage a high volume of billing-related emails and calls with professionalism and responsiveness.
- Respond to client billing inquiries and process client credit card payments as needed.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with accounting personnel and other internal teams.
- Participate in billing meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Perform additional billing and accounting-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of billing, bookkeeping, or accounting experience.
- 1+ year of electronic billing (e-billing) experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated initiative and interest in process improvement.
