Note

Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar in good standing and have 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. We're looking for someone comfortable independently managing cases, handling depositions, discovery, motions, and court appearances.

Job Description

• Independently manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial.
• Develop litigation strategies that maximize outcomes for injured clients.
• Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and draft persuasive motions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, conferences, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Analyze medical records, liability issues, damages, and expert reports.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and legal support staff on complex cases.
• Build strong client relationships while providing exceptional legal representation.
• Participate in trial preparation and help drive successful case resolutions.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience independently managing litigation matters and deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Trial experience and familiarity with legal case management software are a plus.
