Why You Will Love Working Here
This is the rare firm that talks about work-life balance and actually builds it into how they run the practice. Billable hour expectations are deliberately kept manageable so attorneys can have a full life outside the office — and a long, sustainable career inside it. You'll join a small, cohesive team where you're a known contributor, not a number. The non-equity partnership path is real, the autonomy is real, and for the right attorney, the opportunity to shape what this firm becomes is equally real.
