Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We enjoy collaborating together in the office while offering flexibility for remote work when appropriate. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.
Note: To be considered, you must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota and have at least 1 year of employment law experience, along with excellent legal writing skills and a strong work ethic.

Job Description
- Advise employers on a broad range of employment law issues.
- Handle employment litigation from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to clients.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues on complex employment matters.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive, high-quality legal counsel.
- Stay current on developments in employment law and workplace regulations.
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Bar license.
- 1+ year of employment law experience.
- Law firm experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with an exceptional work ethic.
- Litigation experience is preferred but not required.
- In-house or solo practice backgrounds will be considered if employment law experience is directly relevant.
