Location: This is a full-time, on-site position in the Financial District of Manhattan, offering the energy of a premier New York City legal environment with a collaborative in-office team.
Note: Must have 2+ years of personal injury law experience. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Support attorneys with day-to-day handling of plaintiff personal injury matters
- Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation from intake through resolution
- Draft correspondence, authorizations, discovery materials, and other legal documents
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records and other case-related materials
- Communicate with clients, providers, experts, and other parties involved in the case
- Assist with pleadings, litigation support, and trial preparation
- Track treatment, damages, and case developments to help move files forward efficiently
- Maintain accurate case information and ensure strong follow-through on all open items
Qualifications
- 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active files
- Experience handling medical records, case documents, and client communication
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented law firm environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred
