Location: Hybrid opportunity based in Columbus, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; or Newark, NJ, with three days per week in the office.

Job Description
- Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
- Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and lending matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and transaction documents.
- Conduct due diligence and assist clients through all stages of commercial real estate deals.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver strategic legal solutions.
- Build trusted client relationships while contributing to business development opportunities.
- Stay current on real estate laws, market trends, and industry developments.
Qualifications
- Active bar license in the state of the office location.
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and commercial lending transactions.
- Strong legal research, writing, and drafting skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
