Location: Full-time openings available in Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Boca Raton, FL; Tampa, FL; and Chicago, IL. You'll be based in the local office for the market you support.
Note: Candidates must be actively barred and in good standing in the state for the office location they are pursuing (Georgia, Florida, or Illinois) and must have 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience plus at least 5 PI trials as first chair.

Job Description
- Lead plaintiff PI files from pre-suit through trial with full ownership of strategy and execution
- Meet with clients, build trust quickly, and guide them through litigation with empathy and clarity
- Evaluate claims, damages, and liability to develop winning case themes and settlement posture
- Drive discovery, motion practice, depositions, and expert strategy to position cases for resolution or verdict
- Negotiate with carriers and defense counsel, participate in mediation, and manage demands and offers
- First-chair trials when appropriate, including jury selection, openings, witness examinations, and closings
- Collaborate closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to keep files moving efficiently
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (targeting 5–10 years)
- Minimum 5 PI trials as first chair
- Active bar license in good standing in the state of the office you're applying to (GA, FL, or IL)
- Strong case valuation, negotiation, and trial preparation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
