Note: This is a hybrid position with in-office days required each week at our clients Morristown, NJ office.
Note: You must have at least 2 years of experience in estate tax returns and gift tax returns.

Job Description
- Assist attorneys in preparing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Support estate and trust administration, including probate filings and preparation of inventories and accountings
- Draft and file tax returns related to estates and trusts (federal and state)
- Communicate with clients, courts, and tax authorities on behalf of attorneys
- Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
- Perform legal research as needed
- Collaborate as part of a close-knit legal team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in estate tax returns and gift tax returns
- Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal document management tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
