Job Description

  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily grain elevator operations
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks for facility staff and seasonal workers
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and inventory management
  • Monitor grain storage, handling, and quality control processes
  • Ensure safety and environmental compliance across all functions
  • Participate in maintenance planning and equipment inspections
  • Communicate with farmers, vendors, and transport providers
  • Maintain records and assist with reporting duties

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in grain elevator/facility or terminal setting
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of grain handling equipment and safety standards
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable in a hands-on environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid drivers license
