Note: Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license and at least 2+ years of insurance industry experience in a sales, producer, or account executive capacity.

Job Description

  • Prospect, network, and hunt for new commercial clients to build a property and casualty book of business
  • Own the full new business lifecycle including outreach, discovery, proposals, presentations, and closing
  • Work closely with internal marketing and carrier partners to move opportunities efficiently from quote to bind
  • Partner with account managers for onboarding and ongoing service so you can stay focused on growth
  • Develop referral relationships with carriers, centers of influence, and industry partners
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand accounts as your book grows
  • Track pipeline activity and follow established agency workflows and systems

Qualifications

  • Active Property and Casualty insurance license
  • 2+ years of insurance industry experience, commercial preferred
  • Proven hunter mindset with comfort in outbound prospecting and relationship-building
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain coverage clearly to decision-makers
  • Organized, driven, and motivated by performance-based compensation
