LocationThis is an on-site position in Springfield, MA, with some flexibility for limited remote work once trust, reliability, and strong work habits are established.
Note
This role requires at least 1+ year of litigation paralegal experience with hands-on drafting of complaints and motions, along with permanent U.S. work authorization. Relocation is not offered.

Job Description
- Draft litigation pleadings including complaints, motions, defaults, and related filings
- Assist attorneys with case management in state and federal courts
- Communicate with courts, clients, and third parties regarding case status
- Track deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars with precision
- Organize and maintain confidential client and case files
- Review, process, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Support litigation matters from intake through resolution
Qualifications
- 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience drafting complaints and motions
- Familiarity with court procedures and litigation workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
