LocationThis is an on-site position in Springfield, MA, with some flexibility for limited remote work once trust, reliability, and strong work habits are established.

Note

This role requires at least 1+ year of litigation paralegal experience with hands-on drafting of complaints and motions, along with permanent U.S. work authorization. Relocation is not offered.

Job Description

  • Draft litigation pleadings including complaints, motions, defaults, and related filings
  • Assist attorneys with case management in state and federal courts
  • Communicate with courts, clients, and third parties regarding case status
  • Track deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars with precision
  • Organize and maintain confidential client and case files
  • Review, process, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Support litigation matters from intake through resolution

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Experience drafting complaints and motions
  • Familiarity with court procedures and litigation workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
