Note: Must have 6+ years of commercial construction project management experience and permanent U.S. work authorization. Strong preference for proven experience leading projects in the $5M+ range and comfort running full scope: budget, schedule, subcontractors, and client leadership.

Job Description

  • Lead commercial projects from pre-construction through turnover and closeout
  • Own project financials: budgets, forecasting, buyout, change management, cost control
  • Drive the master schedule, milestones, and trade coordination to keep work moving
  • Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams with strong accountability
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, and closeout documentation
  • Serve as a primary client contact, delivering clear updates and proactive solutions
  • Use Procore (or similar) to maintain clean, organized project controls and reporting

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial preferred)
  • Proven ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and subcontractor performance
  • Experience leading $5M+ projects (ideal exposure up to $25M)
  • Procore experience preferred (or similar)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing presence
  • College degree preferred (not required if experience is strong)
  • Local to Mansfield, CT area (no relocation)
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization required
