Job Description
- Lead commercial projects from pre-construction through turnover and closeout
- Own project financials: budgets, forecasting, buyout, change management, cost control
- Drive the master schedule, milestones, and trade coordination to keep work moving
- Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams with strong accountability
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, and closeout documentation
- Serve as a primary client contact, delivering clear updates and proactive solutions
- Use Procore (or similar) to maintain clean, organized project controls and reporting
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in construction project management (commercial preferred)
- Proven ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and subcontractor performance
- Experience leading $5M+ projects (ideal exposure up to $25M)
- Procore experience preferred (or similar)
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing presence
- College degree preferred (not required if experience is strong)
- Local to Mansfield, CT area (no relocation)
- Permanent U.S. work authorization required
