Location: Rockville Centre, New York. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity offering the benefits of close collaboration with an experienced team in a professional and supportive office environment.
Note: Candidates must possess an active New York Bar license and have at least 4 years of direct personal injury litigation experience.

Job Description
- Manage plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
- Handle cases involving motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall claims, and related negligence matters.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide guidance and updates.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategy.
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary.
- Advocate aggressively to maximize client recoveries.
Qualifications
- Active New York Bar license required.
- 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience required.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Experience handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Client-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
