Location: Based in Forest Hills, Queens — this is a primarily in-person role in a dynamic law firm environment. A hybrid option of one remote day per week may be considered for the right candidate. The office is conveniently located and accessible from across the NYC metro area.
Note: Candidates must hold an active New York State Bar license and have 2 or more years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. Candidates with significant trial experience and plaintiff PI verdicts in the NYC area are especially encouraged to apply.

Job Description
- Manage all phases of personal injury litigation from intake and investigation through discovery, depositions, negotiations, and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, responses to discovery, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity
- Conduct and defend depositions of clients, witnesses, and expert witnesses
- Perform thorough legal research using LexisNexis and other platforms to develop and support case strategy
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel while fiercely advocating for clients' maximum recovery
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure cases move efficiently toward resolution or trial
- Maintain direct client communication with empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active New York State Bar admission in good standing
- 2 or more years of litigation experience with a plaintiff-side personal injury focus
- Experience in construction accident, motor vehicle, or premises liability matters preferred
- Strong legal drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team
- Trial experience and plaintiff PI verdicts in the NYC metro area are a significant plus
