Location:
This position is based in Sacramento, California. You will work in-office during training, with hybrid flexibility available after training.
Note:
You must be admitted to practice law in California and able to work from our Sacramento office during training. Prior personal injury experience is preferred but not required. Newly licensed and early-career attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Description
- Manage pre-litigation personal injury matters and help move cases efficiently from intake through resolution.
- Communicate directly with clients and guide them throughout the claims process.
- Evaluate liability, damages, treatment, and other issues affecting case strategy and value.
- Review medical records, demand packages, and supporting case documentation.
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and pursue favorable settlements for clients.
- Partner with case managers and support professionals to keep cases progressing.
- Speak with prospective clients and evaluate potential new personal injury matters.
- Develop practical skills in legal analysis, negotiation, client counseling, intake, and settlement strategy.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license required.
- Newly licensed and early-career attorneys are welcome.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Confident, personable, and empathetic when working with clients.
- Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal injury or plaintiff-side experience preferred but not required.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
