Location: Concord, New Hampshire. This role is initially on-site so you can integrate closely with our attorneys, clients, and firm culture. Over time, we may consider a hybrid arrangement for the right person, including limited remote work or work from another office.
Note: Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be licensed in good standing with the New Hampshire Bar or be eligible for admission through waiver. Approximately 1+ years of civil litigation experience is preferred, particularly experience in state and federal courts.

Job Description
- Manage and support civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop clear, practical litigation strategies.
- Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and case preparation.
- Communicate directly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and colleagues.
- Take increasing ownership of matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys.
- Organize deadlines, case strategy, documents, and client needs across multiple active matters.
- Contribute to a team-oriented practice while continuing to develop your litigation skills and professional judgment.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed in good standing and admitted in New Hampshire or eligible to waive into the New Hampshire Bar.
- 1+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
- State and federal court litigation experience preferred.
- Strong legal research, drafting, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of assignments.
- Strong professional references.
