Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: Denver, CO | Primarily on-site, with potential flexibility after the probationary period based on performance, responsibilities, and firm needs.

Note: Candidates must have an active Colorado Bar license, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, and 2+ years of relevant legal experience in personal injury, insurance claims, civil litigation, or a related practice area. Previous personal injury experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury cases from initial intake through settlement, litigation, and trial preparation.
• Develop case strategies, conduct investigations, evaluate claims, and negotiate settlements.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties.
• Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys on complex cases and litigation strategies.
• Advocate passionately for clients while delivering exceptional legal representation.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience in personal injury, insurance claims, civil litigation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tort law, litigation procedures, and legal principles.
• Excellent negotiation, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage cases while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Plaintiff-side personal injury experience is a plus.
