Location
This is an on-site role based in Falls Church, Virginia, offering close collaboration with partners and direct involvement in complex restructuring matters.
Note
This position requires active admission to the Virginia Bar and at least 2+ years of directly relevant bankruptcy or financial restructuring experience, or completion of a bankruptcy court clerkship.

Job Description
- Represent creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy and restructuring matters
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and memoranda
- Assist with financial restructuring strategies and related commercial transactions
- Work directly with partners on case strategy, court filings, and client counseling
- Collaborate with attorneys across business and litigation practices as matters require
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- 2+ years of bankruptcy, restructuring, or insolvency-related experience, or a completed bankruptcy clerkship
- Admission to the Virginia Bar preferred
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials and attention to detail
