Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury pre-litigation experience, with the ability to manage cases independently. Trial experience is not required. We value motivated attorneys who want to develop their litigation skills and build lasting professional relationships.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will:

• Independently manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases through the pre-litigation process.
• Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and insurance claims to develop effective case strategies.
• Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and compassionate representation.
• Collaborate with experienced trial attorneys on litigation strategy and case preparation.
• Gain exposure to courtroom proceedings and trial preparation as your experience develops.
• Build professional relationships and referral networks to support long-term practice growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and authorization to practice law in Colorado.
• Ability to manage a personal injury caseload independently.
• Strong negotiation, case evaluation, and client communication skills.
• Interest in business development and building professional referral relationships.
• Currently located in the Denver metropolitan area and available to work on-site.
• Litigation or second-chair trial experience is a plus, but not required.
