Commercial Litigation Attorney

Pay: $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Location: Manhattan, New York. This is a primarily on-site opportunity, offering the advantages of in-person mentorship, collaboration, and direct exposure to complex litigation. Limited flexibility may be available depending on experience and team needs.

Note: We are seeking attorneys with 1+ years of complex civil litigation experience who are licensed and in good standing or eligible for admission in New York, New Jersey, or Delaware. We welcome both developing litigators and more experienced attorneys looking for meaningful, challenging work.

Job Description

• Investigate and evaluate complex legal claims, identifying opportunities to pursue impactful litigation.
• Draft compelling complaints, motions, legal memoranda, and briefs.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including document review, legal research, and depositions.
• Develop litigation strategies alongside experienced attorneys.
• Prepare for hearings, settlement negotiations, and trials.
• Participate in complex commercial and class action litigation involving corporate governance, securities, employment, and antitrust matters.
• Take ownership of meaningful responsibilities while collaborating with a dedicated litigation team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in complex civil litigation or commercial litigation.
• Licensed and in good standing or eligible for admission in New York, New Jersey, or Delaware.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Solid academic background and excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with class actions, securities, antitrust, employment, or corporate governance litigation is a plus.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and genuine interest in sophisticated litigation.
