Note: You must have prior workers compensation defense experience and be a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar.

Job Description
- Handle all phases of workers compensation defense litigation
- Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Draft reports, pleadings, and correspondence
- Provide legal analysis and recommendations to clients
- Maintain an organized and paperless case file system
- Collaborate with internal team and client representatives
Qualifications
- Prior workers compensation defense experience (required)
- Active and in-good-standing member of the California State Bar (required)
- Comfortable working in a paperless environment
- Experience with MerusCase is a plus
