Location: On-site in Chicago, Illinois, with the opportunity for one work-from-home day after a probationary period and demonstrated success. Regular travel to hearings throughout Cook County and surrounding collar counties is required.
Note: Candidates should have 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience on either the plaintiff or defense side. Strong litigation and courtroom skills are highly valued, and more senior candidates will be considered. Candidates from in-house or solo practice backgrounds are welcome if they are a strong fit.

Job Description
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
- Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and negotiations.
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
- Communicate with clients and provide exceptional service throughout the legal process.
- Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial when necessary.
- Develop referral relationships and contribute to business development efforts.
- Travel to courts throughout Cook County and surrounding collar counties for in-person appearances.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of personal injury experience on the plaintiff or defense side.
- Active Illinois Bar license in good standing.
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience handling motions, depositions, and case management.
- Trial experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel for court appearances throughout Cook and collar counties.
- Strong organizational skills and client service mindset.
