Location

Sacramento, California – This is a full-time on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with an experienced legal team.

Job Description

  • Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial lease agreements.
  • Structure and document financing transactions.
  • Draft partnership, joint venture, and operating agreements.
  • Perform legal due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
  • Coordinate closings and manage transactional timelines.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to developers, investors, lenders, and commercial clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on complex real estate and business matters.

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar license.
  • 4+ years of concentrated commercial real estate transactional experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and related transactional matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong client communication and relationship management abilities.
  • In-house commercial real estate experience welcomed.
