Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an on-site opportunity with occasional flexibility for one remote day per week. Our collaborative environment and hands-on teamwork create an atmosphere where attorneys learn, brainstorm, and win together.

Note: Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and have 2+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience along with deposition experience. We are seeking attorneys who thrive with ownership, enjoy solving complex technical issues, and are motivated by performance-based compensation.

Job Description

  • Manage and drive a docket of complex litigated matters involving large property damage claims
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Develop litigation and recovery strategies
  • Work directly with forensic experts and technical consultants
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance professionals
  • Handle mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
  • Push cases toward resolution or trial with minimal supervision
  • Analyze liability, damages, and recovery opportunities
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
  • Take ownership of files from inception through resolution

Qualifications

  • Pennsylvania Bar admission required
  • 2+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience
  • Deposition experience required
  • Strong legal writing and communication skills
  • Ability to independently manage files and move matters forward
  • Comfortable handling conflict and advocating aggressively
  • Trial experience is a plus
  • NJ, NY, MD, or DE admissions are a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand technical issues
