Location: This is an on-site opportunity in Los Angeles, offering close collaboration with the litigation team and hands-on involvement in active personal injury matters.

Note: Must have litigation paralegal experience supporting personal injury matters and be comfortable working on-site.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys in the handling of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation matters.
  • Draft, organize, and manage discovery, pleadings, subpoenas, correspondence, and case files.
  • Assist with trial preparation, hearing preparation, and deposition coordination.
  • Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines.
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, courts, and opposing counsel as needed.
  • Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other case-related documentation.
  • Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and document productions.
  • Help keep cases moving efficiently from active litigation through resolution.

Qualifications

  • Prior litigation paralegal experience required.
  • Personal injury experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling discovery, medical records, calendaring, and litigation support tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
