Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.
Note: Must have prior law firm experience and strong office or operations management ability in a legal environment.

Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte office
- Help manage office workflow, systems, and administrative processes
- Support attorneys and staff to ensure the office runs efficiently
- Assist with staff coordination, accountability, and general office oversight
- Help maintain a professional, organized, client-friendly office environment
- Monitor priorities, deadlines, and operational needs across the office
- Coordinate with leadership on office management and process improvement
- Assist with law firm administration, policies, and internal procedures
- Help ensure files, communication, and support functions are handled smoothly
- Serve as a point person for office-related issues and operational problem-solving
Qualifications
- Prior law firm experience required
- Experience in office management, legal administration, operations, or a similar leadership role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional communication and team coordination skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
- Strong follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving ability
- Experience supporting attorneys or legal staff strongly preferred
