Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Note: Must have prior law firm experience and strong office or operations management ability in a legal environment.

Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Charlotte office
  • Help manage office workflow, systems, and administrative processes
  • Support attorneys and staff to ensure the office runs efficiently
  • Assist with staff coordination, accountability, and general office oversight
  • Help maintain a professional, organized, client-friendly office environment
  • Monitor priorities, deadlines, and operational needs across the office
  • Coordinate with leadership on office management and process improvement
  • Assist with law firm administration, policies, and internal procedures
  • Help ensure files, communication, and support functions are handled smoothly
  • Serve as a point person for office-related issues and operational problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Prior law firm experience required
  • Experience in office management, legal administration, operations, or a similar leadership role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional communication and team coordination skills
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving ability
  • Experience supporting attorneys or legal staff strongly preferred
