Location: This is a full-time, on-site position in the Financial District of Manhattan, offering the opportunity to work closely with a strong in-office litigation team in one of New York City's premier legal markets.
Note: Must have 3+ years of personal injury attorney experience and be admitted in New York. We are especially interested in attorneys with roughly 3–8 years of experience.

Job Description
- Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from active litigation through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and other litigation documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court and participate in conferences, hearings, and motion practice
- Develop case strategy, evaluate liability and damages, and help drive matters toward strong outcomes
- Work closely with clients, experts, medical providers, and internal team members throughout the life of the case
- Prepare cases for trial and support trial strategy as needed
- Manage a caseload with appropriate urgency, organization, and client communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of personal injury attorney experience
- Admitted to practice in New York
- Strong litigation skills, including drafting, depositions, and court appearances
- Ability to manage files independently while collaborating with a team
- Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills
- Trial preparation experience is a plus
- Spanish language skills are a plus
