Location: Towson, MD – Full-time, on-site position in a professional office environment where you'll collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff every day.

Note: To be considered, candidates must have at least 1+ year of personal injury paralegal experience. Litigation experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation from case intake through trial.
  • Draft, prepare, and organize pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
  • Obtain, review, summarize, and organize medical records, accident reports, and case documentation.
  • Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and case files with exceptional accuracy.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Prepare hearing, deposition, mediation, and trial materials.
  • Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy and preparation.
  • Ensure timely filings and maintain organized, compliant case documentation.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of personal injury paralegal experience required.
  • Litigation experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Associate degree required.
  • Paralegal certificate or legal studies education preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
