Location

Fully Remote | Washington State

Enjoy the freedom to work from anywhere in Washington State while maintaining the flexibility to attend required in-person court appearances. Our attorneys are assigned a home office for administrative purposes, but day-to-day work can be performed remotely.

Note

Candidates must hold an active Washington State Bar license in good standing and have at least 2 years of family law experience. You must be comfortable independently managing family law cases and attending in-person court appearances as required. Trial experience is strongly preferred.

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney who enjoys advocating for clients, managing their own caseload, and making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

In this role, you will:

• Independently manage family law matters from initial consultation through resolution, including litigation and trial.
• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law proceedings.
• Develop thoughtful legal strategies tailored to each client's circumstances and goals.
• Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, hearings, and trials.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, sound legal guidance, and compassionate advocacy.
• Collaborate with experienced paralegals and administrative professionals to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of family law experience, with 3+ years preferred.
• Experience independently managing family law cases and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience with family law litigation, court appearances, and case preparation.
• Trial experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and attend in-person court appearances as needed.
