Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Note: Must have 2+ years of paralegal experience. Plaintiff personal injury experience is strongly preferred but not required.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys in plaintiff-side personal injury and other civil litigation matters from intake through resolution or trial
  • Draft and format legal documents and correspondence, and assist with pleadings and discovery materials
  • Manage case files, organize records, and maintain clean, trial-ready documentation
  • Coordinate deadlines, calendaring, and task tracking to keep matters moving without surprises
  • Assist with discovery workflows, including requests, responses, and document organization
  • Communicate professionally with clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel as needed
  • Help prepare for mediations, hearings, and trial, including exhibits, witness materials, and case binders
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across multiple active matters in a deadline-driven environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of paralegal experience (litigation or plaintiff personal injury strongly preferred)
  • Comfortable managing deadlines, documents, and fast turnaround requests
  • Strong writing, organization, and document formatting skills
  • Professional communication skills with a service mindset toward clients and the internal team
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with appropriate judgment
  • Experience supporting trial prep is a plus
