Location: Knoxville, Tennessee area. Hybrid flexibility is available for attorneys who can regularly meet with clients and collaborate with the team in person.
Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee and have at least 3+ years of family law experience. Attorneys with 5+ years of family law experience are strongly preferred.

Job Description
- Represent clients in a broad range of family law matters.
- Handle cases involving divorce, custody, support, and related litigation.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence.
- Advise and communicate with clients throughout the legal process.
- Participate in mediation and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Prepare cases for hearings and trial.
- Manage consultations and maintain strong client conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships and business development efforts.
- Attend networking and community events to expand professional visibility.
- Collaborate with support staff to maximize efficiency and client service.
- Contribute to personal and firm branding through community involvement and professional engagement.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Tennessee Bar license.
- 3+ years of family law experience required.
- 7+ years of overall attorney experience preferred.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.
- Mediation experience preferred.
- Trial experience preferred.
- Business development mindset and networking ability are highly valued.
