Location: Exton, Pennsylvania – Primarily on-site to encourage collaboration and mentorship, with the opportunity for hybrid or remote flexibility after an initial in-office period based on performance and business needs.

Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar and have at least two years of employment litigation experience.

Job Description

  • Represent employers in employment litigation matters in state and federal courts.
  • Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.
  • Advise clients on employment law compliance and risk management.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and court appearances.
  • Develop litigation strategies and communicate regularly with clients.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups on complex matters.

Qualifications

  • Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of employment litigation experience.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.
  • Experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Superior organizational and case management abilities.
  • Strong academic credentials preferred.
