Location: San Francisco, California – On-site with a collaborative team environment where you'll work closely with clients, partners, and project teams.

Note: Applicants must have 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial tenant improvements, workplace interiors, capital improvements, or ground-up projects is required.

Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through occupancy and closeout.
  • Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and reporting.
  • Coordinate clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout each phase.
  • Lead project meetings and provide proactive communication to stakeholders.
  • Review contracts, construction documents, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Support procurement, project planning, budgeting, and project setup activities.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget goals.
  • Mentor junior project team members and contribute to operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial tenant improvement, workplace, capital improvement, or ground-up construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and construction documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as project needs require.
