Location

Cleveland, OH – Enjoy working with our friendly team in downtown Cleveland, with hybrid flexibility available after onboarding and training. You'll work four days in the office and one day remotely each week once fully onboarded.

Note

Candidates must have an accounting degree, at least 2 year of public accounting experience, and be based in the Cleveland area. We welcome professionals who are ready to grow their careers in a supportive, client-focused environment.

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Senior Accountant – Tax & Advisory to join our growing team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Prepare and assist with individual and business tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support tax planning, accounting, and advisory engagements for a diverse client base.
• Build strong client relationships by providing responsive, knowledgeable service.
• Analyze financial information and help clients make informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with experienced accounting professionals on complex tax and financial matters.
• Manage assignments and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
• Contribute ideas and help deliver practical solutions to clients' accounting and tax needs.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree required.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience required.
• Experience with tax preparation, accounting, or advisory services.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and collaborating with a team.
• CPA license or progress toward certification is a plus, not required.
• Experience managing client relationships or a portfolio of accounts is preferred.
