Job Description
- Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment and case progress.
- Order, review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills.
- Monitor client medical treatment and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claims and supporting documentation.
- Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files.
- Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely case progression.
- Calendar deadlines and assist with day-to-day case management.
- Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of personal injury law experience required.
- Pre-litigation personal injury experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software is a plus.
