Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Job Description

• Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment and case progress.
• Order, review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills.
• Monitor client medical treatment and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claims and supporting documentation.
• Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files.
• Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely case progression.
• Calendar deadlines and assist with day-to-day case management.
• Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of personal injury law experience required.
• Pre-litigation personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software is a plus.
