Note: You must have 3+ years of prior freight sales experience (ideally with a book of business).

Note: This role offers W2 or 1099 options. First-year on-target earnings are approximately $100k (uncapped), with strong growth potential in a startup environment.

  • With a book of business (size of $20k$30k): expected BASE SALARY is $85k$100k.
  • Without a book of business: expected BASE SALARY of $50k$70k.

Job Description

  • Drive new business development in freight brokerage sales
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Utilize tools like ZoomInfo and IndustryNet for lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction​

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of freight sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting​
