WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Orquest was born to serve the retail industry through an Artificial Intelligence Workforce Optimization Software. We are looking for an outstanding pre-sales engineer who will be the right tech hand of our sales team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches.

  • Understand customers product needs, transmit it clearly to the internal team and make decisions together.

  • Design and present the demo to our customers.

  • Clarify technical questions our customers and partners could have.

  • Create a competitive analysis deliverable to our internal and external teams.

  • Lead responses to RFI/ RFP.

  • Manage pilots of the product with our customers.

    Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working within a technical pre-sales or post-sales position, preferably in a software company.

  • Ability to transmit technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.

  • Sales experience is desired.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to Director level executives.

  • Self-motivated, proactive and creative thinker. Ownership and excellence while leading projects. Attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working with deadlines and quotas in a fast paced environment.

  • Must enjoy working in a growing start-up and being a team player (you will work cross functionally with all areas of the business).

  • Languages: English advanced is necessary and other languages such as Arabic or Portuguese will be highly valued.

  • Availability to travel internationally 40% of the time.
