As part of our growth, we are looking for you, a Customer Success to help our international customers and partners maximise the value we deliver.

    Your Key Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility will be to manage and be a point of reference for our clients and Partners (specifically French, English, Arabic and Spanish speaking).
  • You will manage the Customer Jorney Map of your client portfolio.
  • You will ensure proper client on-boarding and training, as well as the adoption of roles that will guarantee the realisation of value.
  • You will measure customer satisfaction, preventing situations that may jeopardise customer satisfaction and frequently follow up on customer project progress.
  • You will build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • You will evaluate performance indicators and client results.
  • You will prepare and present reports so that the client is aware of where they are and where they are going.
  • You will monitor clients' health and solve their problems before they know it.
  • You will work closely with the Support, Development and Retention & Growth teams, ensuring that the client's needs are understood and that they maximise the potential of the ORQUEST solution.

    Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 2 years as Customer Success
  • Experience in Retail or Catering preferred
  • Experience in customer and partner management
  • Experience in CRM, JIRA or other customer success tools.
  • You are a planner (exceptionally organised and process-oriented) but also creative and strategic.
  • You have a willingness to learn.
  • You are enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring customers.
  • You have experience in customer service.
  • You are intelligent, analytical and have a track record of building strong customer relationships.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can adapt to various communication styles.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are results and solution oriented.
